Welcoming New Member Jessica Madsen
Umbrex is pleased to welcome Jessica Madsen. Jessica is an experienced tech executive with expertise in eCommerce, general management and product development. Most recently, Jessica spent 4 years as the global general manager of Wayfair’s customer loyalty and CRM program, where she led a team of 100 in building the tech platform, data science models and marketing program to maximize the loyalty and value of customer relationships. Prior to Wayfair, Jessica was a leader at Wells Fargo, American Express and McKinsey.
She lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and is happy to collaborate on projects with eCommerce or tech-driven, customer-focused companies.
