Umbrex is pleased to welcome with BeaconStreet Advisors. Brendan is the Founder of BeaconStreet Advisors, a strategic consulting firm who specializes in B2B SaaS customer growth. Brendan has a track record of driving increased customer retention, upsell rates, and operating efficiency via holistic improvements to post-sales operations and customer experience. In addition, Brendan has deep experience in strategic planning, post-merger integration, and due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side). In total, he has more than 20 years of experience serving as a strategic advisor and operator for startups to Fortune 500 corporations in the technology, B2B SaaS, and healthcare industries.
Before founding BeaconStreet Advisors, Brendan built out the post-sales strategy and operations at a B2B SaaS provider who grew nearly 4x over 2.5 years. Prior to this, he was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and then led the corporate strategy team at a $500M media technology company. Brendan’s experience driving transformational change at companies from 5 to 50,000 has shaped his balanced approach of moving quickly to implement practical improvements while delivering solutions that scale effectively over time.
Brendan attended the University of Michigan where he earned his MBA and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
