Umbrex is pleased to welcome Amelia Waters with EDSO Edge.  Amelia spent five years leading strategy, organization design, and operational efficiency projects as a Project Leader and Leadership Topic Manager at the Boston Consulting Group before immersing herself in implementation, change management, and operations leadership roles in education, technology, and healthcare organizations. Her on-the-ground experience ranges from business transformation at $1.3B multi-SBU, multinational corporation to leading the program management office at a high-tech unicorn; and from accelerating the launch of a new multi-site division for a family-owned business to $210M revenue within 6 months to delivering 20% operational cost savings on multiple cross-functional initiatives for a Series A start-up.

Amelia especially enjoys collaborating on projects to simplify and deliver cross-functional operational efficiencies at scale, while developing high-performing teams to build upon that success.
