Umbrex is pleased to welcome . Akshata is a former Bain & Company Manager, with experience leading teams of 5-10 associates since 2021. She has over five years of experience at Bain in projects across Consumer & Retail (revenue growth strategy, new product / category entry, consumer segmentation, price-pack architecture, route-to-market) and Commercial Due Diligences (for 20+ early-stage US, EMEA and APAC assets as part of Bain’s PE/VC ring-fence). She also has early-stage operator experience as part of the core founding team at celebrity-owned brand 82°E.
Akshata is primarily based out of India and UAE, and enjoys travelling; she’s been to and loved over 30 countries in the last decade! When not travelling, Akshata can be found curled up with a good book, board game, or running her Morning Brew-recommended newsletter libraryofscroll.com, where she curates some lovely long-form content from across the web with a friend (do check it out!).
