Umbrex is pleased to welcome Adam Schaffer with Symbia Advisors. Adam is an accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in data-driven customer strategy and loyalty marketing. He is widely recognised for his expertise in customer strategy, data analytics and loyalty program design, and enjoys building long term trusted relationships with his clients.
Adam is Managing Director of Symbia Advisors, supporting clients of all sizes to develop actionable, data-driven strategies. Prior to this Adam co-founded Ellipsis & Company and Beyonde Ventures, both highly-regarded specialist advisory firms that partner with blue-chip clients to address a range of challenges in customer engagement and loyalty.
Before founding Ellipsis & Company, Adam held senior positions at Nectar (Aimia) where he led Business Development operations and contributed significantly to the growth of their UK & Australian loyalty businesses. He also worked at Bain & Company, where he was a consultant across the UK, Europe, and the US; and across various sectors including Financial Services, Industrials, Utilities, Retail, and Leisure.
