- Weekly accountability meeting.
- Monthly check-in and education session.
- Quarterly planning and education session.
- Annual planning retreat.
Each of these meetings has a different goal with a different agenda. The key is to maintain the discipline to stick to the agenda and the goal of each meeting. When you do not, meetings get too long, become ineffective, and people start skipping them.
