Most often these candidates will already be members of our community of consultants. In some cases, you will source new talent.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and functions while engaging with professionals at the Director, VP, and C-level.

Responsibilities include:

● Support the talent solutions and talent delivery process to serve our clients from prospective lead to project close.

● Partner with Client Services Director, Talent Acquisition team, and firm Managing Partners to engage with clients and consultants to define project scope and propose the best solution to clients.

● Identify, vet, and curate the best independent consultants for a project.

● Discuss projects with potential candidates to confirm their interest, availability, and qualifications

● Capture and communicate data about consultants and clients to provide ongoing support to both

● Build deep expertise and knowledge of independent talent by industry vertical and/or talent type

● Cultivate deep relationships with talent and provide seamless talent delivery experience to ensure high talent satisfaction

Digital Marketing Manager

In this growth marketing role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing our community of independent professionals. Our outreach process historically has been highly manual. You’ll deploy your expertise in marketing automation, A/B testing, and email marketing to expand awareness of our community and draw in more talent. You’ll also serve as the digital automation expert to support other functions in the business.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Email marketing: Much of our outreach to new potential members is via email. You’ll be responsible for crafting outreach emails, conducting A/B testing, and refining the messaging as we learn what resonates
  • Reporting: We have multiple channels for new member acquisition, and you’ll be responsible for developing appropriate metrics and reporting to manage performance
  • Partnerships: We can explore partnerships with organizations to help us get the word out to audiences that include potential members
  • Customer insights: You’ll want to develop insights on why members have joined, or why others did not join, through interviews or other means.
  • Automation and productivity: We’re looking to you to be the most digital savvy member of our growing team. And a collateral responsibility will be looking for ways to digitize / automate / improve the productivity of other processes in the company.
