In this interactive session, Will Bachman will share tips on how to have a productive first discussion with a client when an opportunity has been identified.
We’ll then shift to breakout sessions where you’ll have the chance to play client or consultant in a role play scenario.
Then we’ll regroup to debrief on that experience.
Participants will leave with a list of questions to ask and guidelines for what to get out of discovery calls to write an effective proposal.
