Who is this session for?
Imposter syndrome surprisingly impacts almost everyone at some point in their lives. For some of us, it’s an ongoing worry that we’re not as competent as others might think and that we’ll be exposed. For others, the imposter syndrome comes and goes situationally.

Melisa has been an independent for over 10 years, initially as a management consultant helping tech start-ups scale, and now as a business coach and strategist helping independent consultants sustainably and predictably scale their businesses. She’s the host of the Grow Your Independent Consulting Business podcast and creator of the IC Scaling Scorecard.
Prior to her IC business, Melisa spent 12 years working in consulting and professional services, first at Accenture and later as the EVP of Global Professional Services for a SaaS start-up company where she built and led the Professional Services, Product Management, and Client Operations organizations. She was on the executive team that navigated the company from start-up to exit.
