She is author of Fearless Growth: The New Rules to Stay Competitive, Foster Innovation, and Dominate Your Markets(Career Press, 2017) and The Agility Advantage, How to Identify and Act On Opportunities in a Fast-Changing World (Jossey-Bass, 2014). An accomplished executive coach, Setili is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches and is certified his Stakeholder Centered Coaching® process.
Megan Stotts is the Director of Community for Umbrex and Veritux. She organizes over 80 events a year, from online and in-person social and professional development events for independent consultants, to community festivals, school events, nature walks, political rallies, skill shares, markets, community gardening days, art workshops for neurodiverse children and their families, and press conferences. Her most ambitious event was a car parade comprised of New York City taxi drivers.
