Panelists Amanada Setili, Edwina Pike, and Megan Stotts will share their insights on hosting successful events to foster client relationships and reach thought leadership goals. Will Bachman will moderate.

Edwina (Ed) is passionate about shifting mindsets and beliefs, the hard-to-do stuff. She is the innovator behind Irrational Change, an interdisciplinary approach to transforming organization by helping humans make different choices. A change practitioner for over three decades, Ed believes in working smarter not harder and shares practical advice and brain hacks. She is unafraid to challenge the status quo and her daily cartoons demystifying complex change theories have a cult following.

Amanda Setili is president of strategy consulting firm Setili & Associates. An internationally acclaimed expert on strategic agility®, she gives her clients unbiased and laser-clear advice on how to respond quickly and intelligently to a changing marketplace. She is author of Fearless Growth: The New Rules to Stay Competitive, Foster Innovation, and Dominate Your Markets(Career Press, 2017) and The Agility Advantage, How to Identify and Act On Opportunities in a Fast-Changing World (Jossey-Bass, 2014). An accomplished executive coach, Setili is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches and is certified his Stakeholder Centered Coaching® process.

Megan Stotts is the Director of Community for Umbrex and Veritux. She organizes over 80 events a year, from online and in-person social and professional development events for independent consultants, to community festivals, school events, nature walks, political rallies, skill shares, markets, community gardening days, art workshops for neurodiverse children and their families, and press conferences. Her most ambitious event was a car parade comprised of New York City taxi drivers.
