Agnès is an executive coach who works with leaders around the world to increase their influence and impact. She draws upon 20 years of experience in talent development, a multicultural background and an MBA from Stanford. Currently, she is a leadership coach in the MBA and Executive Education programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, as well as a group facilitator for the school’s most popular elective, Interpersonal Dynamics, also known as Touchy Feely. In addition, she is an instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies where she teaches the class “Building a Career of Meaning and Impact.” Formerly, she worked at top European business schools, IESE and Cambridge, and led an initiative to teach Interpersonal Skills to seventy students and alumni at INSEAD. She speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.
Celine is a Coach-in-Residence at one of Silicon Valley’s foremost startup coaching firms, the Mochary Method. She works with CEOs of Series B+ startups and their teams to solve the key challenges of leadership at rapidly scaling companies. She brings a unique combination of real business experience, powerful emotional intelligence know-how, and a global background to her practice. She is a certified Tiny Habits Coach with Stanford’s Behavior Design Lab, and a facilitator for Stanford Business School’s popular Interpersonal Dynamics course. Celine is also an ex-McKinsey consultant, business operator and marketer with years of strategy consulting experience in Asia and the USA.
