Steve is an external advisor at Bain in the TMT practice, specializing in MVNO startups and restructure, at global scale.
He is formerly Head of Android Strategy at Google, accountable for partnerships with carriers, OEMs, retailers and marketplaces. Also served as Head of Partnerships, Payments (Google Pay) looking after complex partnerships with banks and networks.
Previously, Steve was founder and CEO Virgin Mobile Latin America, building a startup to $125M in revenue, from zero. He was accountable for strategy/P&L and all aspects of the GTM plan including product development, marketing campaigns, sales channels, CX, hiring, regulatory, press etc.
Steve is a global exec with experience in 40 countries and speaks 4 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German).
