“I’m an experienced startup and F100 company leader and people manager, with a background in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Project Management, and Analytics.


I specialize in driving results for executive-level programs and working cross functionally to ensure alignment against delivery. At the core of what I do is solve problems by connecting people, processes, data, & opportunities
• Director of Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Analytics at SimpliVity – ran sales operations, including territory assignments, plan development, as well as credit awards and claw-backs. Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts and more
• Strategy Director at Ardagh Group (Beer / Wine / Spirits Bottle Manufacturer) – reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), I worked on special projects for the CEO and CSO. Most notably, I worked on launching Integrated Business Planning, which is best described as a very intense Commercial Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) function with a long time horizon encompassing all aspects of the business
• VP of Commercial Excellence / Vendor Management / Supply Chain at a medical testing startup – This was a challenging role where I ’stood up’ the department, scaled it from a person perspective, setup daily-weekly-monthly processes, established strong vendor & C-suite relationships and launched and ran the Commercial Sales and Operations Planning Meetings. Despite being in a very constrained Covid Testing Environment, the labs that I oversaw never stocked out and we increased the accuracy of our sales forecast
• Director of Commercial Excellence / S&OP / Analytics at EVRAZ – Supported the integration of siloed business units by launching the formal commercial excellence and production planning review
• Strong Technology Experience, with strategy experience at Google Cloud, IT consulting experience at Deloitte and Booz & Co and responsible for the development and advancement of Sales Dashboards at SimpliVity, Shield T3 and EVRAZ
