Kat Forbis is passionate about finding the outer limits of performance for the companies she works for and in her personal life. During her three years at Bain & Company, Kat helped her clients solve their biggest challenges and capitalize on their opportunities to maximize results. She has experiences across industries and capabilities, ranging from technology private equity due diligence to organizational transformation and redesign at a logistics company.
Kat is currently pursuing her MBA at Kellogg, Northwestern’s Business School, and chasing a Boston Qualifying marathon time in her spare time. Kat is happy to collaborate on projects that need support on executive level presentations, strategy, research (i.e., survey design, expert interviews, secondary research), and program management.
