Jessica Madsen is an experienced tech executive with expertise in eCommerce, general management and product development. Most recently, Jessica spent 4 years as the global general manager of Wayfair’s customer loyalty and CRM program, where she led a team of 100 in building the tech platform, data science models and marketing program to maximize the loyalty and value of customer relationships. Prior to Wayfair, Jessica was a leader at Wells Fargo, American Express and McKinsey.

She lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and is happy to collaborate on projects with eCommerce or tech-driven, customer-focused companies.
